Delivery/shipping will be sent on the 5th of each month. If you sign up after the 5th, your subscription will begin the following month.
 
If your product is being shipped, please choose the one-time shipping fee of $45 (6-mo. subscription shipping fee) which will be applied to the cost of shipping each month. 
 
Purchase of subscription must be done in a separate transaction in order to accomodate shipping fees.
